Stamina on the pole isn’t about high-intensity workouts or cardio. It’s about pacing your energy, slowing down in shapes and transitions, maintaining strong contact points, and breathing.
In this series, we’ll build up strength off the floor. We’ll dance through spins, climbs, sits & inverts. We’ll focus on slow and controlled transitions, breathing, and managing energy.
Level: High Beginner & Intermediate
Prerequisites: Basic spins, sits, climbs, invert floor, leg hangs & switches
