Man Hikes 40 Miles Around Mt. Hood — In Search of a Photograph

This adventure, I hike a 40 mile circumference around Mt. Hood, one of Oregon's most famous volcanoes and mountains in search of a photograph. It was a tiresome trek. And although the weather was perfect for adventure, the light was difficult to photograph. Watch as I attempt to photograph this incredibly beautiful route and enjoy the scenery along the way.

The route that I took follows the Timberline Trail as well as a small portion of the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT). I did it in 3 nights and 3.5 days in the late August. Please enjoy this peaceful, cinematic, and wilderness focused film.
