All content shown is injected into an unmodified* copy of OoT via ACE. For more information see https://gettriforce.link/ .
*For testing during development, a small mod is installed which automatically gives ACE, to avoid having to manually perform the ACE setup every time. Besides this "ACE shortcut", no other modifications are made to the ROM; all the custom content shown in the video (custom actors, scenes, etc.) are injected like in the real live run. The ACE shortcut mod is NOT used during the SGDQ run; there we use a real, unmodified OoT cartridge and Savestate does the ACE setup by hand.
