METHOD
Wash green gram and put in a cooker for one whistle. If u think the gram will get smashed up for one whistle itself, remove the pressure little by little. Then add the spinach and allow it to cook. If you over cook the colour will tend to change as lightly brown. So see that you do not over cook and the maintain the green colour. Grind coconut , jeera, green chilies and add to the vessel. And allow to boil only for few mins. Now take another pan crash mustard in oil and add to the cooker. Now the spinach kootu is ready
