This Qigong routine is aimed at the legs. Gentle hip and knee rotation help to activate the muscles and improve circulation in the lower body. Soft, slow-paced stretching exercises combined with deep breathing help to build awareness and connect the mind to the body.
Also therapeutic for the lower back, it’s good to tackle issues like stiff lower back, tired legs, knees and ankles.
