In this Virtual Visit, we take a look back at the exhibition, Looking In: An Araceli Limcaco-Dans Retrospective.

The exhibition showcases the work of Limcaco-Dans in portraits, landscapes, and still lifes. Her prodigious body of work had its beginnings under the guidance of Filipino masters Fernando Amorsolo and Guillermo Tolentino. Her artistic vision endured throughout the 20th century, despite the popularity of modern art among her contemporaries. She is also a recipient of numerous awards and distinctions that recognize her achievement in the visual arts and art education.

It originally ran from March 7 to May 1, 2011 at the museum's Ground Floor Gallery and Third Floor Function Rooms.
