Wudang dragongate disciples practice together with Master Wang and some students at this nice spot right above wudang town in the mountains. Besides some moments of the bagua and tuishou training this video mainly contains of wudang 32 steps sanfeng taijiquan (wu dang tai chi) and wudang taihe quan, the highest harmony boxing of the wudang style.
The beautiful calm music is performed by the daoist orchestra of the purple heaven palace of wudangshan.
