Our 100th video! We are celebrating with this Texas-style BBQ feast! A big brisket, sticky cola pork ribs, chicken, and "spek wors'' smoked over mesquite for that specific texas taste. Rounding it off with a rustic potato salad. Some sweet and spicy pickled jalapeno peppers and a scrumptious upside-down pineapple and glazed cherry cake. Delicious!!

Recipe
∙ 5kg Beef brisket
∙ Salt & Pepper
∙ 1.5kg pork ribs
∙ 1 chicken
∙ "Spek wors"

Rustic potato salad
∙ 1 cup mayonnaise
∙ 1 cup sour cream
∙ 1 tablespoon celery salt
∙ Black pepper to taste
∙ 1 tablespoon onion powder
∙ 1 tablespoon garlic powder
∙ 1 tablespoon sugar
∙ ½ tablespoon dried parsley
∙ ¼ cup white vinegar

Spicy & sweet pickled Onions & Jalapenos( NOT FOR LONG TERM STORAGE!)
∙ 300 grams Jalapenos
∙ 1 onion
∙ 1 cup sugar
∙ 2 cups white vinegar
∙ few pinches of salt

BBQ basting sauce
∙ ¼ cup butter
∙ 2 onions
∙ ½ cup vinegar
∙ ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
∙ 2 tablespoons dry mustard
∙ 3 cups water
∙ 1 cup beef stock

Sticky cola BBQ sauce

Bread
∙ 3 cups white bread flour
∙ ¼ cup canola oil
∙ 1 teaspoon salt
∙ 10grams yeast
∙ 1 tablespoon sugar
∙ 1¼ cup water
