I added a Rulon strip on the rear vertical face when I "relocated" the saddle to use the outer vertical way surfaces ("wide guide" principle). I wasn't accurate enough in my calculations, and also forgot some dimensions (think twice, do once.. another good principle). Anyway, it meant I needed to move the saddle a little inwards to align it properly (horisontally) with the rack and leadscrew (vertical alignment seems OK). I turned down the screws to give me a couple of mm slack so I could snug up and align the apron before I fastened it. Of course, for the "fumblemaster" here the reassembly didn't work out on the 1st try, nor the 2nd .. or 3rd.. anyone else having such problems :) ?
