This theory of personality was proposed by
Eric Erickson (1902- 1994).
He was a German born Neo-Freudian
Psychoanalyst.
Eric Erikson held that all human beings pass through eight stages of development on the way to maturity and wisdom
Each stage is marked by a specific crisis/conflict,which demands resolution before the next stage can be satisfactorily negotiated.
In this video the 8 stages of psycho social development is explained both on English and Malayalam.
