In the midst of the War of the Ring, a clandestine conflict brewed between the two Dark Towers. These two towering fortresses, one wreathed in the ashen smoke of Mount Doom, the other ensconced amidst the jagged rocks of Nan Curunír, may have appeared to be working together, their dark banners of war fluttering in unison. But look closer, delve deeper and you'll uncover a far more sinister reality. For their apparent partnership was but a facade, a veil woven from strands of deceit and ambition. Behind the gates of their dark fortresses, Sauron and Saruman conspired not as allies, but as adversaries locked in a struggle for supremacy; each plotting the downfall of the other.
