Atari XL/XE Sally to 65C02 CPU Adapter

The Sally CPU used in the Atari 8-bit computers is a variant of the MOS 6502 processor that adds a halt line to allow for better timesharing with the ANTIC graphics chip. The new CPU allowed Atari to use less extra logic chips in production and save money.
