In this video I show you how to make Professional French Baguettes in the comfort of your own home using 4 Simple Ingredients
These are made with a Poolish which is a Preferment. You combine flour, water and yeast and allow the mixture to mature and develop in flavor overnight in the fridge.
You then add this to your dough mixture the next day
This is a No Knead Process so just chill out and go about your day and refer back to them every no and again in the kitchen when needed
These Homemade Baguettes are exceptional. Personally I prefer to bake them directly on the Pizza Stone for a more rounded baguette but you still get a decent enough shape if you bake them on a thin metal tray
