Pacific Rim - WHALING INTO THE DEPTHS ( Final Assault Mission ) PART 2/8

After Chuck has his last words with his father, he heads towards the elevator to join Stacker as they take their trip up to the head of Striker Eureka. Mako and Raleigh have engaged all systems within the head. Before the head drop, Raleigh remarks on how he is now reluctant to look into the past. Instead, it was time for him to move on and live a good time. Gipsy's massive head elevates down quickly and connects itself to her body. Striker Eureka and Gipsy Danger are the last two Jaegers remaining for the job. As the world is counting on these two to end this war once and for all for whatever it takes to destroy the breach.

Back at the harvesting site, Newton and Hermann are equipped with the pons. Newton initiated the drift with the baby Kaiju before it comes close to it's demise. The images and knowledge of the Kaiju's passageway had a weird twist to how it allows the Kaijus to enter our dimension. Knowing that the plan happening now wouldn't work. The two became in need to warn the Jaegers about the throat of the Breach.

Back at the ocean, Gipsy and Striker are released from their cables attached to their shoulders and plunged their heavy feet and body into the ocean floor. The two giant mechanics submerges as all oxygen ports are sealed to ensure no water will enter the Jaeger to cause fault to the mission or drown the pilots. To be continued...

Eh...just a short scene. But damn!! I love it when the two Jaegers plunges into the god dang ocean! Looks great!! Love it when those flaps at the back of Gypsy adjusts itself to it's correct position. That looks so cool! And these just own the size of themselves.

I'm still wondering how much water displacement these Jaegers and Kaijus will cause. Jeez...the film never really bothered to show any tsunamis do they? Oh well. Don't really care. Alright! If you want more Pacific Rim, don't forget to comment, like, add to favourites, share and subscribe! Bye!
