4 choruses of the master on a classic standard. Try as I might I can never quite nail it as well as he does, but it's a great learning process none the less. This line is really a masterclass in fundamentals: Time, tone, intonation, and swing. Nothing fancy, just great lines.
I've decided to try something new with this video and have the sheet music side by side with the performance. Apologies for the low budget production, I've got to learn how to do more professional videos like this.
