Ingredients
Pizza Dough:
• 500 g flour
• 5 g yeast
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 400 g lukewarm water
• 1 tsp salt
Toppings:
• 200 g shredded mozzarella
• 200 g fresh mozzarella
• 1 cup tomato purée
• 1 tbsp oregano
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp salt
• Sparkle of Parmesan for each pizza
Making the Perfect Pizza Dough:
1. Mix the ingredients to make a medium-soft, slightly sticky dough.
2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
3. Knead the dough to activate the gluten, then let it rest again.
4. Repeat the kneading and resting process a third time.
5. After the third rest, divide the dough into portions and shape each into a ball.
6. Place the dough balls in an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
7. The next day, take the dough out of the fridge 1–2 hours before baking.
