In this video, we walk through a fully engineered, high-end residential comfort system designed with one goal in mind: total control without compromise.

This project features a very high-capacity, commercial-grade steam humidifier, allowing for precise humidity control even during the harshest winter conditions. Unlike basic humidification solutions, steam delivers accuracy, health benefits, and protection for the home and its occupants.

The system is anchored by a high-efficiency Mitsubishi heat pump, paired with a hot water reheat coil. This combination allows us to remove humidity without overcooling the space—maintaining comfort, efficiency, and consistency at all times.

Fresh air is handled properly through an ERV, which introduces outdoor air while recovering energy, keeping the home healthy, balanced, and efficient year-round.
