I wanted to edit this character a while because of his similar personality to me, as well as very similar situation wise. During the holidays, I get into a major depressive slump and I wanted to do some emo editing, and this was the result. It was difficult to find a song that fit, but I ultimately found one. Been over 20 years since I edited this band lol. Oh also spoilers for Psycho Pass 3 and onward. Many thanks to @Moezychan and a lot of many thanks to @Nashironeko for helping me with encoding issues.
