Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
For the Dough
¾ cup milk
3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, plus more to dust
4 tbsps. unsalted butter, plus more to grease pan
3 tbsps. sugar
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. nutmeg
¼ cup ice cold water
2 pcs. eggs (cold from the fridge)
2 tsps. instant dry yeast
For the Filling
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup crushed graham crackers
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Frosting
4 tbsps. unsalted butter, softened
100 grams cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup powdered sugar
