I FINALLY Got GPS Rescue Mode to Work

I've been working on getting rescue mode to work the proper way for a few weeks now, and I finally got the settings to work the way that I expected! It's been such a pain to get it to work the way that I wanted, but now that it's there and in place, I have one extra fallback mode when I'm trying out super long range flights.
