Ingredients:
Yakhni Potli-
Ginger 2inch
Garlic 1bunch
Onion 1medium
Cumin 1.5tbs
Bay Leaf 2
Cinnamon 2small pieces
Star Anise 2
Black Cardamom 2
Green Cardamom 10
Coriander Seeds 2tbs
Fennel Seeds 1tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1tbs
Beef Trotters 2kg or 2pcs
Water 3 liters (add 3 liters initially, after making yakhni water will reduce add 1 to 1.5 liters again)
salt 1tbs
Masala-
Ghee 1/2cup
Onion 1medium very thinly slices
Ginger Paste of 2inch ginger
Garlic Paste of 10 cloves
Red Chili 1.5tbs
Turmeric 1/2tbs
Coriander Powder 1tbs
Cumin Powder 1tbs
Black Pepper Powder 1/4tbs
Garam Masala Powder 1/4tbs
Salt 1/2tbs again or according to your taste
Yoghurt 1cup
Garnish-
Green Chilies
