Kung Pao Chicken made with mince instead of the normal chunks, still tastes as great though.
You'll need :
500g ground chicken
1 bell pepper
Celery Stick
Spring onions
Mushrooms
Carrot
Fresh ginger
Garlic
Red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 4 tablespoons water
Peanuts , crushed
