In 1993, Asea,Brown. Boveri, (ABB) the Swedish rail company had an electric powered tilting train, X2000 that operated at 200 km/h in Sweden that they were looking to sell in North America. They made a successful tour of the USA. In July they made a short visit to Canada. The stops included Windsor, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City.
This video contains rare photos from the Windsor Ontario July 27th, 1993 promotional tour.
