45 minute Hiit Circuit - GO HEAVY!!
First Circuit:
45 seconds strength - 30 seconds cardio - 15 seconds rest
1) Manmakers - Double High Knees - Rest
2) Plie Squats - Monster Climbers - Rest
3) Equalizer/TRX Rows - Jump Lunges - Rest
4) Ball Roll Outs - Star Jumps - Rest
Repeat for 3 ROUNDS total
Second Circuit:
1 Minute Strength - 30 seconds Cardio - 30 seconds Rest
1) Kneeling 1 arm Press(switch at 30 sec) - Burpees - Rest
2) 1 leg Reverse Lunge (switch at 30 sec) - Jump Squats - Rest
3) Russian Twists - Hi Knee Sprint - Rest
4) 1 leg Step up (switch at 30 sec) - Power Push Ups - Rest
Repeat for 3 ROUNDS total
I used 15lb Dumbbells for man makers and 1 arm press, 35 lb KB for Plie Squats and lunges and 2 10lb plates for step ups.
