Build full courses fast—and make AI work for learning, not against it. In this tutorial, I demo an end-to-end workflow for rapid course, curriculum, and assignment design in Moodle 4.4.11, including: styled course/content cards, UBD (Understanding by Design) mapping, auto-generated syllabi (HTML→PDF/Word), and an AI-coach “loopback” assignment that guides students without writing for them.
