Another project from the great Tony Rivers, one of the leading exponents of UK harmony pop in the late 60s. His recordings appeared under the names, Tony Rivers & The Castaway and Harmony Grass.
Co-writer, Ken Gold was very active in the 1970s. He wrote and produced the Real Thing’s “You To Me Are Everything” among the many recordings he was involved with.
“You're The Song (That I Can't Stop Singing)” was recorded by both Frankie Valli and Jackie Wilson in the mid-70s.
Tony’s still with us; as of the time of writing, he’s 84. Please keep going, sir.
