Found this on FB in two parts, combined them together. Some say that this address marked Aindra's imminent departure as he realized that he didn't belong here anymore. It's easy to see why from his list of "to hell with.."
The story goes that he was given only short time to speak at the very end of the ceremonies, and after his speech he was told to not publish his book or he would have to leave ISKCON. He thought about this, at one point considering the idea of publishing the book, getting banned, and setting up a kirtan party just outside Krishna Balaram gate so the deities still could see and hear his offering. In the end he decided to leave the world instead, if we could say it was his decision instead of Krishna's arrangement.
If you feel like it, please post your favorite "to hell with" below. Not "to hell with" you think applies best to ISKCON but "to hell with" that resonates with your own heart and therefore should probably be purged. We don't often acknowledge our own faults so this might be the opportunity to do so.

To be honest, I don't fully agree with everything being said there and with some things I disagree very strongly, but let Aindra be Aindra. If your heart is pure he will understand your objections, if they even exist.
