Joseph, Danie, late Janet, Victoria, Cosmus, Simon, Magdalene. Sister in-law to
Winrose, Jacinta, Wilson, Magdalene, Stella, Boniface, John, Benjamin, the late David,
Nzilani, the late Jane, Timothy, Stephen, Alex, Nzisa, Kasiva, Grace, Lucia.
Aunt to Ngina, Mbenia, Albanus, Kasee, Kyalo Boniface, Nicholas, Daniel, Brain, Mbula,
Lucia, Mary, Francis, Mwende, Nzengi, Mutungwa, Kaluki, Mbuu, Nicholas, Kimani,
Franco, Mwende, Mwanthi, Charles, Kalekye, Mueni, Mbila, Muthama, Syombaa,

EDUCATION
Stellamaries Joined Primary In Year 1968 upto 1974 then proceeded to O-level.She later
joined Kimutwa polytechnic for Tailoring Course.
FAMILY AND MARRIAGE
She got married in the year 1978 to Mr. Bernard Kiilu Mutisya and solemnized their
marrige in 1988. They were blessed with 5 Children, Benedict Mutie, Catherine Ndunge,
Caroline Mwongeli, Jacinta Wanza and Veronica Kalekye.
Mother Inlaw to Penninah Mutie, Onesmus Katava, Anthony Muthoka.
Grandmother to Stacy Mwikali, Stella Ndanu, Rita Mumbe, Emmaculate Zawadi,
Reagan Musyimi, Stella Muthoka.
CHRISTIANITY
Stellamaris was a staunch Catholic, Born in the Catholic Church. She Baptized in the
year 1972. She played several roles in the Catholic church to include- Sunday school
teacher, choir member, Legio Maria Member, secretary in the church, CWA member and
PMC .Until her demise Stella was an active member of Kimutwa Catholic Church.
OCCUPATION
Stellamaris was a Farmer and an ardent business lady in the Kimutwa Shopping Center
where she was a friend to Many.
SICKNESS AND DEATH
Stellamaris started ailing in the Year 1992. Her ailment worsened over the years she was
treated in several hospitals-Machakos Level 5, Bishop Kioko , Mutomo Hospital, Nairobi
Arthritis Center, St. Mary's Hospital, Machakos Orthopaedic Clinic amongst others. She
fell ill on 22 Dec. 2025 and was hospitalized at Bishop Kioko Hospital and was
discharged on the 26th.
She fell ill on the morning of 31st and was rushed to Germany Medical Center were she
succumbed to Cardiac Arrest at the age of 65 years.
