I have always wanted the field of view on action cams to be a bit wider, so it can capture the entire handlebar regardless of the position i am riding in.
So when i found the FOV boost lens for the action 5/4, i bought it. I am very happy with how it looks, if you don`t use the widest setting the fisheye distortion not that noticeable.
The only downside is that the action 5 has crappy image quality and this makes it even worse because its squeezing even more detail in to the same shot, thus making the codec break down in high detail situations.
In my opinion, the field of view is perfect, making it closer to what my eyes can actually see.
