Today I went back to the Mountain Daisy public house on Hylton Road in Sunderland.
It's a listed building built in 1901 which has so many original internal features from a bygone era.
It has served the local Millfield community for over one hundred years.
It was closed for a while earlier this year but has reopened as a bar and offers Sri Lankan and South Indian cuisine.
There was a previous version of the Mountain Daisy on the same site for decades before this grand building was built in 1901.
The snug at the rear of the pub is wall to wall covered in ceramic tiling as well as having a mosaic floor.
The bar itself is ceramic.
