Padmasana - lotus pose is the classical seated asana which involves placing each foot on the opposite thigh. It is a posture that needs a whole load of attention, especially on the knees. This short tutorial will look at what poses you can practice to slowly get into the full lotus pose. This episode is part of "HOW TO" series, where I will be guiding you on how to open your hips to eventually work a pain free lotus pose!
If you get the foundations right from the start and with constant practice, you will notice quicker progression along your journey. Don't give up. With practice, all is coming.
