The Box Filling Conveyor is designed specifically for the injection molding process. Our Conveyor receives product from the machine and fills boxes with an exact amount of parts or cycles.
The TEC Box Filling Conveyor is made up of three main components:
Control Panel: To count the amount of product being delivered to the box and control box position on the conveyor.
Belt Conveyor: To place an empty box under the injector's outfeed once the prior one has been filled.
Roller Conveyor: To remove the full boxes from the injector's outfeed and make room for empty boxes.
