Get onto a glute ham developer (GHD) with the edge fitting just below your hip bones (not on them)
Grab a weight (or not) to perform the movement
Keep core engaged and upper back slightly rounded; this takes the load from your back to your glutes - loading the back isn't a bad thing BUT this exercise is meant to be glute focused ;)
Squeeze and hold at the top then slowly lower back to start
