This workout is designed so almost every rep counts. We’re using compound lifts and very short rest periods to focus only on the effective reps—the reps that actually help you get stronger—without wasting time.
This 15 minute full body workout for beginners over 50 uses dumbbells and resistance bands and is perfect for home training when you want real results in less time.

Back rows
Shoulder presses
Squats
Romanian deadlifts
By combining compound movements with minimal rest, you’ll train more muscle groups efficiently while keeping the workout joint-friendly and realistic for long-term consistency.
