WHAT HAPPENED:
Marcus Chen thought he was just a security guard working the graveyard shift at an old Toronto hotel. The Grand Meridian still stands in downtown Toronto. Room 1317 is available for booking again, but hotel staff report that guests often mention hearing faint piano music in the early morning hours, and the elevator sometimes stops on the thirteenth floor even when no one has pressed the button.
