The Meaning of Happiness (Psalm 1 Explained)

What does it mean to be happy? That is the question Psalm 1 answers.

In this video, we explore the deeper meaning of Psalm 1 (which we often miss in our 21st century perspectives) by having a look at the Hebrew text, as well as scholarly, Rabbinic and Jewish views of the Psalm.
