Hey all!
Back with another barely-edited, super unprofessional foray into the annals of consumer technology here. As always, the topic is the product of my whims—a curiosity that I had long before I ever got my hands on this product, but could not find satisfactory answers for.
Unexpectedly, today, I'm actually running benchmarks, specifically to test how the different power modes and Samsung power settings (which are, rather confusingly, separate from one another) affect the overall performance of the machine. The goal is to determine the most reasonable setting for most people to use during an average work day, depending on their needs—and the answer might surprise you somewhat.
I think I ran into some pretty interesting results in today's video, and it actually has convinced me to change the power settings I will be using going forward on this device. The next thing I'll be investigating is real world battery consumption on each setting, so stay tuned!
