1998 Volkswagen Golf 1.6 Throttle Body Removal/Refit

Today we are removing the throttle body on a VW Golf Mk4 1.6.

Tools needed,
1/4 ratchet
1/4 small extension bar
1/4 H5 Hex socket
Hose clamp pliers
2x small hose clamps
Maybe a small amount of coolant depending how much you lose



When we say tighten it up if it needs torquing that is down to you to find the necessary settings not us, as all vehicles are different.
