Esther the Wonder Pig, a popular pig in Ontario with a large following on Instagram, has passed away.
The pig had become cancer-free and pain-free in recent years, but its owners announced on Wednesday that Esther had died.
The post on Esther's Instagram page, which has more than half a million followers, mentioned that Esther passed away peacefully with her owner Steve by her side.
“She was calm and peaceful, and fell asleep with her dad Steve by her side,” the post read.
