Musicians - This is a harsh message but the biggest threat to your bands success is a band member not pulling their weight! Every day I get messages from musicians who are frustrated with a band member making crap excuses slowing things down, but due to loyalty they wont make that big decision to replace them.

If at the end of your career you haven't achieved your goals due to that band member being uncommitted, then it is still YOUR fault as you have the power to do something about it now!
