I was in the market for a 540 size motor and ESC for my Element trail truck build. I need a 540 size because since I changed the transmission to the Stealth FX the steering arm will hit the motor if I use a 550 size.
While I was shopping I found the Quickrun Fusion SE two in one for just $25 more than I was looking to spend and it seemed like a pretty good deal to me. After I received the motor I had a change of plans and thought that I would get more use out of the Fusion motor if I put it into the Capra (which also used a 540 size) and put the Holmes Hobbies 540 and 1080 ESC that is in the Capra into the trail truck, which was my first idea.
There was a little more work involved in the install but I think it worked out great and I can't wait to try it out on the rocks!
