Steve Bamber explains how many of the PR machines that come to us for service, or repair, have been damaged through being incorrectly lubricated. In this first video Steve shows the damage in detail. In following videos he will explain the replacement of the top shaft, idle pulley gear and general service details. Then he will go through the rebuild and final test sews before we feel the machine is right and ready to be returned to our customer.
