Easy Pickled Carrots ~ A Beginners Guide to Canning

Today Im canning up some pockled carrots. its so easy anyone can do it and you dont need any special equipment other than canning jars and lids. so come along and jump into canning.

PICKLING BRINE:
2 cups sugar
4 cups white vinegar
3 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp salt
2 Tbls Pickling spice

Water bath process for 15 minutes. check your altitude as times may vary
