The basics of string up AOV (arbitrary output values) in Maya and combine them in Photoshop. The ZDepht is a bit broken but you can still use it with a little tweaking. You might have to save it out as a .JPG by itself.
This is for a still frame, but the steps would be similar for a video and the steps in AE are pretty similar to PS. There are other compositing software that handles EXR files better, but this is the easiest path.
