Run 2 of these with a healer and Tardigrade tank for faster clear of floors 91-100*
My new Pestilence PvE build is the best yet! The synergy between Plague of the Outcasts and the Memento Exotic Backpack is unreal.
This build out damages even a Glass Cannon + Vigilance + Sawyers Kneepads build over the course of an entire mission (slighlty lower tick damage but you don't lose it unlike Vigilance and Saywers). I am stacking loads of damage to targets out of cover and damage to armor to hit over 1.2 million per tick!
Run 2 of these builds with a healer and tank in Legendary content and you will breeze through. It MELTS Hunters and Rogue Agents too (as demonstrated in the gameplay, timestamp below).
