BIAFLOWS: A BioImage Analysis workflows benchmarking platform [NEUBIAS, software Demo]

This video is a short introduction to BIAFLOWS, a web platform to reproducibly deploy and benchmark BioImage Analysis (BIA) workflows.
It demonstrates how to:
browse the content of the platform,
launch workflows on annotated microscopy datasets illustrating common BIA problems,
browse the source code of the workflows,
inspect the results from the image viewer and explore associated benchmark metrics computed over all the images of a given problem.

BIAFLOWS was developed by NEUBIAS (COST Action CA15124), delivered by "Workgroup 5: Benchmarking & Sample Datasets".
