Monsoon Cycling in Lush Green SGNP Forest | Kanheri Caves | Borivali National Park (Deer & Monkeys)

Note: 1. Vanrani Mini Train coming soon in August
2. Boating Not Functional in monsoon

Also do not go Borivali Sanjay gandhi national in Heavy Rain or Flood in national park as Lake at Sanjay Gandhi National Park in Mumbai overflows in Heavy Rain and people may get stranded.
As in July due Heavy downpours and waterlogging happend in Mumbai National park.


*Important points as per my experience:
1. Carry Cash as Mobile network almost Unavailable
2.For Cycle Rent and deposit Cash accepted
3. Carry Water and some food in case of many points and long Tour planned.

Park Visiting Timings: 8.30 amt To 5.30 pm
Cycle Stand Timing 8.30 am To 4.30pm

SGNP Entry fee:
Rs.94/- (for Ages Above 12 years) &
Rs.50/- (for aged 3 to 12 years old)

Kanheri Caves Entry Fee:
Rs.25/- (for Ages Above 15 years)
Rs.300/- for foreigners

Bicycle Charge : Rs.80/- for 2 Hours and 20 Rs. for additional 30 minutes.

Own Bicycle Entry Fee Rs.37/

Parking Charges Rs.20/- Per hour for Two Wheeler

Rs.50/- Per hour for Three /Four Wheelers

Bus Ticket Fare: Rs.10/- One side up to Kaheri Caves

Private Shared Omni/Car: Rs.50/- One side up to Kaheri Caves

Buggy Tour Available At Rs.50/- (for Ages Above 12 Yeas) & Rs.25/- (for aged 3 to 12 years old)

Our journey culminated at the majestic Kanheri Caves, a 2,000-year-old Buddhist marvel nestled amidst the vibrant flora and fauna awakened by the monsoon.
