In June of 2022, we took a fun trip to Helen, Georgia, the beautiful Bavarian-style mountain town known for its German charm and festive atmosphere. We stopped by the famous Hofbrauhaus Restaurant for some amazing authentic German food — hearty sausages, pretzels, and schnitzel — all paired perfectly with a few mugs of delicious cold German beer right by the Chattahoochee River.
After our meal (and maybe a little buzz from the beer 🍺), we headed over to Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf for a round of mini golf. This course is one of Helen’s most popular attractions, featuring lush landscaping, waterfalls, pirate ships, bridges, caves, and fun themed obstacles that make every hole a blast to play. Whether you’re there for some friendly competition or just a laid-back good time, it’s a great way to end an evening in Helen.
Helen is truly one of those places where you can eat great food, sip on a cold beer, and have fun no matter where you go!
