Raikou is notoriously difficult to make sense of. It gets trapped; it needs time to set up, yet it still can't take down everything. It's no wonder that Raikou teams of the past were limited to Dugtrio teams with linear gameplans.

Can we use Raikou in more flexible ways? In this video, instead of providing all the support for Raikou, I use it as part of a grand divide-and-conquer strategy. Along the way, I uncover teammates with unique sets that best fit their role in this strategy.
