Dennis Mills speaks with 3* FEI Reining Judge, professional horseman and educator, John Snobelen. John is a former MPP and Cabinet Minister and, for the past 18 months, has been a member of the Horse Racing Transition Panel, which the Government created to find the most effective means of ensuring Ontario horse racing is sustainable. John currently serves as the head of the newly created Ontario Live Racing.
In this interview, John talks about Sudbury and helping local municipalities understand the horse racing communities within their boundaries.
